Conveniently located next to the Essaouira beach and a short walk from the busy souks, Ocean Vagabond is a beautiful hotel that exudes an aura of calm and tranquility. The interior is furnished in a simple, yet elegant fashion: expect traditional Iroko woodwork, marble and tadlakt bathrooms and a stunning panoramic windows which floods the living rooms and the mezzanine with the glorious Moroccan sun.
Most rooms have private terraces with views of either the beach or the medina. On the first floor a curved corridor serves three rooms with a view of the medina, and three rooms and a suite with a view of the ocean. The second floor corridor hosts five rooms, a small suite and a grand suite with breathtaking views of the port and beach of Essaouira. All rooms have ensuite bathrooms with bath-tub and toilet.
Ocean Vagabond offers a plethora of communal living spaces, and guests are given the luxury of choosing where to spend their time. Indeed, whether you choose the cosy colonial-style bar, the comfortable reception room, the reading room or the cosy living room, we are are sure you will find your stay most relaxing. The terrace of the hotel also offers a 360 degree view of the bay and medina which is also available at your disposal.
At midday, lunch is served around the swimming pool, while the restaurant, looking out onto the garden, allows guests to enjoy the local cuisine.

This enormous room is a favourite for honeymooners and couples seeking a romantic getaway. The largest of the rooms at Hotel Ocean Vagabond, the Unik Suites are individually designed in a vibrant and playful boutique hotel style.
These suites have either private balcony or terrace with spectacular views of the sea or gardens and spacious ensuite bathrooms furnished fitted with bath and shower facilities and luxurious marble styled counter tops.
Unik Palais Room
Large Double or Twin room, with the possibility of adding an extra bed on request.
Perfectly suited for an intimate romantic getaway in Essaouira, these spacious rooms boast views of either the medina or garden and come equipped with a television, satellite, minibar and large windows or a private balcony.
Guests staying in one of the 4 Unik Palais Rooms at Hotel Ocean Vagabond have the option of choosing either two single beds or a large double bed with the option of accommodating an extra bed upon request.
