Eating is a very important affair at Villa Dinari. Our love of food, and Moroccan food in particular, has led us to experiment with many different recipes known and loved by our clients. Nezha, our amazing chef and housekeeper, has worked with us over the years to create our very own traditional menu – with a twist – for our guests. Each famous dish is just a little different to the cuisine you will find in the Moroccan restaurants in town.

Marinated Chicken or turkey brochettes (skewers)
Mixed salad
Spiced yoghurt dip

Monk fish or chicken pastille (filo pastry square parcel)
Chicken Makfoul (sweet and savoury tagine)
