Villa Allun is a charming 3-bedroomed whole Riad rental in Essaouira facing the Atlantic ocean along the city walls in the old Medina (city) and a beautiful roof terrace with rooftop dining area and bbq. Villa Allun is available exclusively as a whole riad rental with a maximum occupancy of 8 + 3 infants. The ground floor contains a salon seating and separate dining area around its elegant arches and fountain. The dining room of this Essaouira riad can accommodate up to 8 guests, and the excellent cook Latifa can prepare afternoon or evening meals upon request and to your specific desires. The open style kitchen at Villa Allun offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere for an luxury family or endulgent group. Villa Allun offers total privacy & independence and a wonderful family riad or riad for a group.
The Riad roof terrace has a sea view on a quieter local stretch of the Essaouira coast, away from the main mass of people, and allowing for romantic intimate sunsets exclusive to yourself. Cots and extra beds are available upon request however the Villa Allun terrace is not suitable for unattended young children.
The living room of Villa Allun provides a warming intimate décor perfect for relaxing & romantic times around the fireplace which crackles during slightly colder Essaouiran winter evenings.
Villa Allun has 2 spacious & cosy luxury suites on the 1st and 2nd floors with private lounges. The Ghayta double room on the 3rd floor double room has direct access to the terrace overlooking the ocean.

Whole Riad
Sleeping up to 8 people, Villa Allun is available as an exclusive whole Riad rental located alongside the north western city wall of the Essaouira medina. Comprised of 3 rooms on 3 floors of Villa Allun The Ghayta room at Villa Allun is a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom on 3rd floor roof terrace.
Located on the 1st floor, the Bendir suite is a spacious double room with ensuite bathroom on first floor of Villa Allun with a private lounge and ensuite bathroom. The suite has a queen sized bed and an intimate cosy and romantic atmosphere. tadelakt fills the room and bathroom showing off this wonderfully versitile traditional Moroccan building technique.
The Gembri suite is situated on the 2nd floor of this luxurious homely Moroccan Riad, with queen sized bed and a private lounge offering a view of the untamed Atlantic coast on a quiet side of the Essaouira medina. This double suite with adjoining bathroom is created with the traditional building craft of tadelakt, regulating the temperature throughout the year.
Located on the 3rd floor of Villa Allun, the Ghayta room has a queen sized bed which, along with the bathroom, is made from the traditional Moroccan craft of tadelakt, allowing the room to retain heat in the winter and remain cool in the hotter summer months.
