A chic tranquil sanctuary, Riad Tizwa Marrakech is a minute walk from one of the Royal Palaces, and 3-5 minutes walk away from the souks in the Medina. Situated close to a taxi drop-off point, the house is easy and simple to find.

Riad Tizwa has six individually conceived air-conditioned bedrooms set around the courtyard. A handsome Marrakech Riad - the house has been painstakingly restored and decorated by craftsmen of Marrakech.

Blending age old traditions of Moroccan architecture with 21st century comfort, Riad Tizwa offers a luxurious home within 3 minutes walk of Marrakech's best restaurant Dar Moha, the Souks, and is in a very nice area of the Medina.

The Marrakech climate allows use of the roof terrace all year round - perfect for alfresco dining whether in the shade under the Berber tent or at the tables and chairs. There are sun loungers and a covered chill out area, with comfy cushions for hanging out. From the terrace you can see Marrakech's most celebrated icon, the 1000 year old Koutoubia, and in the distance the Atlas mountains.

Delicious freshly made breakfasts are served whenever you are ready for them - there are no set meal times. Our friendly and attentive staff are there to ensure you feel the house is your own, and to make sure your stay in Marrakech is memorable.

This is our grandest bedroom, over 9 metres in length with a traditional wooden ceiling towering over above the king sized bed. There is a large sofa, deep enough to be made into a single bed for an extra guest, if required. The room has reversible air conditioning and an ensuite bathroom.

Located on the roof terrace, this delightful bright double room feels very tranquil. The ensuite shower room is formed from natural Moroccan tadelakt. It has reversible air conditioning.
